1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildrFlags ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildrFlags provides a feature flag management platform that allows you to control feature releases, run A/B experiments, and manage feature rollouts. The Service includes web applications, APIs, SDKs, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildrLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; we claim no ownership over content you submit to the Service.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for the API service. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding this threshold. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildrLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
